I am a certified myoskeletal therapist.
As a myoskeletal therapist, I will do a quick structural assessment to help decide what muscles are out of balance and creating pain and stiffness/inhibited range of motion. I can lengthen hypertonic muscles and create tone in weak, inhibited muscles. I can release 4th layer fibrosis in spinal muscles and realign stuck facet joints with specific pressure to soft tissue. I can also stretch long and short lever muscles to promote musculoskeletal balance. Back In Balance Massage

- Back In Balance Massage and Health Coaching is located at 308 Uptown Square, Murfreesboro, TN. Uptown Square is a large beautiful business park just off North Memorial Blvd going towards Adam's Place and the Airport . Turn onto Uptown Square Road between the Sonic and O'Reilly's Auto Parts. As you enter the business park we are on the right in building 308. Please come in and wait in the lobby for one of us to greet you.
OFFICE POLICIES
Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
If it is your first appointment with us, please come at least 15 minutes early to fill out your intake form. We want to start your massage on time so that you will get your full session!
Rescheduling Your Massage Appointment
We honor your time and know that it is precious. Please respect our time as well. Continual rescheduling of appointments needs to be avoided to honor everyone's time. We will be happy to reschedule your initial massage appointment one time only.
